About the role

In the role of Aviation Engineer, we'll count on you to:

  • Client identification and problem-solving

  • Field reviews for construction compliance
  • Lead analyses/design for specific components of a project
  • Marketing support

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years experience with Airfield Planning and Design
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered
  • Thorough understanding of AutoCAD Civil 3D (or similar design software), AVI-Plan software packages and Infraworks modeling software (or similar design software)
  • Overall understanding of airfield design
  • Strong technical background and experience in designing several aspects of airfields
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

  • Preferred qualifications: Previous experience with Airfield Planning and Design
  • Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license, thorough understanding of AutoCAD Civil 3D (or similar design software), AVI-Plan software packages and Infraworks modeling software (or similar design software), Microsoft Office experience, strong technical background and experience in designing several aspects of airfields, solid written and verbal communication skills
