Primary Responsibilities
- Create, review and distribute invoices, account statements, monthly aircraft owner’s statements and other financial reports as needed.
- Review of aircraft activity folders, flight logs and expense reports to ensure accurate and prompt invoices reach clients in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update aircraft fleet subscriptions and maintenance service plans to ensure compliance and proper billing. Maintain accuracy of customer account information while exercising the highest level of confidentiality.
- Work closely with and support multiple departments within the organization with accounting and administrative oversight. Must be able to work well with other members of the team.
- Aid with payroll and additional human resources support.
- Effectively learn job responsibilities in order to train new employees on proper procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- 2-5 years of applicable work experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders, including pilots, maintenance technicians, and regulatory authorities.
- Ability to learn multiple accounting software platforms, primarily QuickBooks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational requirements.
- Experience with processing expense reports, billing, invoices, payments and payroll.

- Accounting/Bookkeeping/Office Administration: 2-5 years (Preferred)
