About the role

Join a leading home healthcare provider as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) focused on night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Providing and documenting skilled nursing care under supervision, following care plans and physician orders.
• Monitoring patient conditions, reporting changes, and implementing appropriate interventions.
• Educating patients and families on disease management, self-care, and prevention.
• Maintaining compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards, including infection control.
• Participating in ongoing education and skill development.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the practice state (compact licenses transferred within 90 days).
• Current CPR certification and TB testing within the last 12 months.
• Preferred: six months of clinical experience, home health experience, and reliable transportation.

• Physical capacity to lift, reposition patients, and respond to emergency situations.
