Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice (compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days of residence).
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna can assist after hire if needed).
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
