Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse LVN High Acuity Nights & Weekends **SIGN ON BONUS**
A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible new hires after successfully completing 120 worked hours. The bonus will be paid following verification of hours worked and continued active employment in good standing at the time of payout.

Requirements
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice (compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days)
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)—Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire if necessary
- TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
- Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- State-specific requirements (as applicable)
- Reliable transportation
