Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse LPN - Various Patients/Shifts (Overnights)

About the role

We are currently seeking Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to provide overnight care to patients in various locations across Metro Atlanta, Athens, and North Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Document patient care in real-time using Aveanna’s tablet technology.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care plans.
• Adhere to all healthcare policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year required in GA).
• Must have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for licensure in the state of Georgia.
• Reliable transportation is required.
