About the role

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to join our team. We are a leading private duty nursing company that fosters a culture of diversity, connection, and support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and empathetic care to patients in their homes.
• Participate in electronic documentation using tablets provided in each patient's home.
• Work flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, and PRN options.
• Provide 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians.
• Engage in ongoing skill advancement and training through career pathing opportunities.

Requirements

• Maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
• Have a current CPR certification with a hands-on component.
• Pass a TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Have six months of hands-on nursing experience (preferred but not required).
• Have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for Compact licenses and transfer to state of residence within 90 days.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Schedule
