Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state (compact licenses must transfer within 90 days)
- Current CPR certification (training assistance available post-hire)
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Experience preferred but not required
