Role & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate home healthcare to patients of all ages
• Collaborate with a team to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes
• Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes
• Support patients' health needs through skilled nursing care
• Maintain compliance with licensing, CPR, TB testing, and health requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component
• TB skin test within the past 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• PREFERRED: Six months of hands-on nursing experience
