Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care from a place of heartfelt compassion and empathy
- Work collaboratively with other licensed practical/vocational nurses to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes
- Provide care to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive the best possible support
- Adhere to all health-related requirements, including required vaccinations and exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Requirements
- Maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component) - Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
