About the role

Join our dynamic team at De Klerk & De Villiers Insurance Brokers (Pty) LTD, a well-established brokerage in Port Elizabeth. We’re looking for an underwriter experienced in Domestic and Commercial Lines who thrives in a client-focused, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Handling policy renewals and client servicing
• Advising clients on short-term insurance needs
• Requesting and finalizing quotations
• Following up on underwriting and service matters
• Building strong relationships with clients, providers & colleagues
• Attending relevant job-specific training

Requirements

• NQF Level 4 Qualification (minimum) or working experience, with the option to obtain your full qualification
• RE5 Certification
• CPD up to date
• No criminal record
• Not an unrehabilitated insolvent
