About the role

PartnerTulsa facilitates redevelopment and revitalization projects through targeted acquisition and disposition of real estate. We partner with the Tulsa Development Authority to manage its assets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential properties for redevelopment
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies for large-scale residential and commercial projects
• Work with stakeholders to secure funding and approvals for projects
• Manage relationships with property owners and developers
• Assist in the preparation and submission of Requests for Proposals (RFPs)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate development or asset management
• Strong understanding of local and state regulations related to real estate transactions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
