Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for AV equipment
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting
- Design and implement AV solutions
- Provide consulting services
- Collaborate with the IT department
- Conduct training sessions
- Stay up-to-date with AV technologies
- Manage AV projects
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Technician, AV Technician, or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of AV configuration and integration
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve AV issues quickly and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AV concepts
- Strong project management skills
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions
- A degree in a related field, such as IT or engineering, is preferred
- Certifications in AV technologies or project management will be an added advantage
