About the role
The AV Project Manager will oversee all aspects of audiovisual project management, including planning, execution, and post-production. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of audiovisual projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project success
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Prepare project reports and presentations as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business, communications)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an AV or related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana)
