About the role

The AV Installation & Maintenance Lead is responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of audiovisual systems in educational institutions. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing projects to ensure high-quality presentations and events are delivered.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of audiovisual systems in educational institutions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute projects to ensure high-quality presentations and events are delivered.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of AV systems with existing infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AV equipment.
  • Train staff on proper use and maintenance of AV equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AV installation and maintenance.
  • Experience with AV systems, including projectors, sound systems, and video conferencing equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in AV system design and installation.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Experience with AV system integration and troubleshooting.

Pay

  • Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 per year.

Schedule

  • Full-time position.
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
