Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
- Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files
- Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions
- Train end users on how to operate their AV solutions and do final product walk-throughs
- Lead/Assist with installations across multiple job sites
- Travel required, estimated 40% overnight travel - company paid. Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with commercial integration audio-visual installations, commissioning, and service
- Education: An associate degree is preferred, but not required
- A must-have for customer service experience
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the commercial audio-visual integration industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Eager to learn and ready to tackle any situation
