Responsibilities
- Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical issues related to Custom Control systems, Complex audio-video systems, Video teleconferencing equipment and systems, Audio Visual over IP (AVoIP) networks, Audio DSP-based systems, Projection display devices and systems, Digital signage equipment and systems, RF Systems.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct testing and site surveys related to service agreement quotes.
- Reporting: Write concise service reports and system site surveys.
- Project Management: Successfully manage multiple service projects.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor junior/intermediate level field service technicians.
Qualifications
- A two-year diploma from a college or technical school, or equivalent experience.
- CTS certification highly preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of field service experience.
Other Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to stand, kneel, and/or crouch for long periods.
- Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding.
- Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in high places, small cramped places, hot humid places, and cold places.
