AV ENGINEER/ SME Houston,TX w2

Design, implement, and support enterprise AV (Audio-Visual) solutions, including video conferencing, control systems, DSP audio, AV-over-IP, and conference room technologies. Lead AV projects, including technical documentation creation and troubleshooting complex integrated AV environments. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and standards governance for AV engineers and technicians. Deliver support and solutions for global AV deployments and standardization initiatives. Work with major AV platforms and technologies such as Cisco Call Manager, Zoom, Neat, Logitech, Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Crestron. Integrate AV systems with IT infrastructure, demonstrating strong knowledge of AV networking and signal flow. Collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and team members. Excel in a fast-paced, agile environment by managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements. Relevant certifications (CTS, Crestron, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus. Prefer experience in large enterprise environments, especially oil and gas sector.
