Responsibilities

- Client meetings
- Jobsite walkthroughs
- Existing system analysis
- Liaison with general contractors and trades
- Installation documentation production
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of AV and network systems
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience with quoting, residential construction, and customer relations/sales
- Understanding of AV interconnections, computer networking (LAN and WIFI), control system programming, surround sound/stereo system design, and AV installation methods
- Good driving record
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in the AV installation industry
- Experience as an installation technician and/or service technician a plus
- Knowledge of home integration products, lighting control systems, video distribution systems, remote access systems, home theater, custom installation products, projection systems, acoustic treatment systems, motorized shading systems, project management, and/or logistics a plus
- Industry certification from CEDIA, Infocomm, ISF or similar a plus
