About the role

McGehee's Auxiliary Programs department operates seven distinct program lines — Camp McGehee (including summer and break camps), aftercare, afterschool enrichment, Saturdays at McGehee, private music lessons, Faculty Krewe Camp, and Little Gate programming — each on its own calendar, registration cycle, and staffing model. The Auxiliary Programs Assistant assists in the management of this full portfolio day to day, providing the hands-on support that keeps every program line running smoothly across the full year, from in-season operations to the ongoing planning well before they launch.

This role ensures that every family feels informed and cared for, and that every detail behind the scenes is handled with the same excellence families experience on the playground and in the classroom.
