AutoZone's Top 100 Internship Program provides students with challenging, real‑world experience in a corporate retail environment. The program offers a 9‑week paid, full‑time summer internship (June 7 – August 6, 2027), meaningful hands‑on work experience, cross‑functional job shadowing opportunities, dedicated one‑on‑one mentorship, professional and personal development workshops, and networking and community service events. As a Human Resources Intern, you will work in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment, assist with executing assigned projects, support HR initiatives and employee engagement strategies, and contribute to projects that enhance the workforce experience, helping to shape the future of HR operations and drive organizational success.
