Autonomy Engineer

Job Description/Typical Task Breakdown

• Performance tests – executed either in lab or in the field behind building
• Environmental tests – executed in test facility or at a third party test facility in Chicago-land
• Test plan / test report creation – executed in office environment and reviewed with more senior engineers
• Investigating and troubleshooting technical issues related to the camera components.
• Duties & Responsibilities
• Engineer will be responsible for performance tests, environmental tests and collaborating with process partners are product alignment to core system goals.

Requirements

• Years of experience: 5-7 YEARS
• Degree requirement: Electrical Engineering or applicable engineering degree with experience
• Required Technical Skills
• Ability to create test plans, conduct environmental and performance tests and create test reports of cameras or ADAS type sensors.
• Ability to troubleshoot and investigate technical issues utilizing computer aided tools, multi-meters and/or oscilloscopes at component or PCBA level.
• Ability and willingness to be hands on.

Pay

The Pay Range For This Role Is 92,000 - 98,000 USD per year(Mossville, IL)
