Autonomous Vehicle Triage Specialist

Expected compensation: 35.00 USD Per Hour HireArt is helping our client hire an Autonomous Vehicle Triage Specialist to be an integral part of the daily vehicle operations activities on the road. You will primarily be responsible for triaging, troubleshooting, and escalating issues reported by the vehicle operators. In this role, your work capturing and escalating issues will help in prioritizing activities across the software development and hardware teams. Shifts Available AM Shift: Monday – Friday (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) PM Shift: Monday – Friday (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) Training schedule: The first 2-3 weeks will follow a Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM schedule. As An Autonomous Vehicle Triage Specialist, You'll Receive issue reports from vehicle operators and engineers and perform first-level triage on themFirst-in-line for troubleshooting solutions to keep vehicles operational. Escalate issues to engineers and support issue resolution. Update and maintain issue tickets and troubleshooting documentation. Provide frequent reports on fleet status and issue trends to operations teams.
