Job Summary
Kodiak Robotics, Inc. is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Test Specialist to join our team. This position involves testing our autonomous technology and requires shift flexibility with days or nights at our Lancaster, TX facility.

This role is part of Kodiak's mission to deliver safer and more efficient autonomous ground transportation solutions. As an Autonomous Vehicle Test Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our systems through comprehensive testing and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Complete driving reports and tests to provide essential feedback to the hardware and software teams
- Manage testing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Troubleshoot hardware and software systems
- Assist in developing new procedures and policies for the development of Texas operations
- Maintain oversight of AV systems to ensure safe and efficient operations
Requirements
- Experience in autonomous vehicle testing
- Flexibility for day, night, and/or weekend shifts
- Occasional travel may be required
- Strong safety awareness and commitment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of autonomous vehicle technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
