Autonomous Vehicle Operator, Houston (PM Shift, 12-Month Duration)

About the role

Nuro is seeking individuals to join our team as we pivot from delivering goods in autonomous vehicles to licensing our advanced autonomy technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain autonomy software for Nuro’s vehicles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate autonomy systems
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and technologies
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with autonomy systems development
• Strong understanding of machine learning and computer vision
• Proficiency in Python and C++
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Passionate about autonomous driving technology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with robotics and vehicle engineering is a plus
