Automotive Window Tint Installer

Established in 1994, our company provides top-notch automotive reconditioning services for dealerships nationwide, specializing in detailing, ceramic coating, window tinting, paintless dent repair, and wheel repair.

About the role

• Install window tint and paint protection film on vendor, customer, and dealership automobiles using quality products and trusted techniques.
• Program and cut door edge protectors from paint protection film using a supplied plotter.
• Take orders and ship paint protection products locally and throughout the U.S.
• Maintain constant communication with personnel to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet company standards.
• Remove dirt and debris from windows and windshields, and apply primer before tinting.
• Select the appropriate tools, equipment, and parts for each job.
• Use shop software to enter, update, and verify job information before, during, and after each tint job.
• Utilize a plotter to create computer cutouts of tint and paint protection film; cut film by hand when necessary.
• Perform work in compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment by cleaning up after jobs, storing tools properly, and performing janitorial duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least two years of work experience.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. regularly.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Positive attitude.

Working Conditions

• Primarily performed in a garage or outdoor environment.
• Team-based work in a fast-paced setting.
• May require work at nearby job sites.
