Automotive Technicians (Various levels)

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all warranties.
• Oversee and ensure quality control of all jobs completed by all technicians.
• Teach and guide lower-level technicians.
• Follow and ensure all other technicians follow established policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality control on all outgoing jobs.
• Communicate problems and concerns to the manager to resolve issues proactively.
• Assist the Lead Technician with warranties and overseeing other technicians' work.
• Perform inspections properly and take good, accurate pictures during the inspection process.
• Comply with requests from the manager or service writers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop, break room, and employee's bathroom daily.
• Ensure continuous engagement in tasks.
• Punctually arrive 10 minutes before start time to prepare for the shift.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain all ASE Certifications, holding Senior Master Status.
• Proficient in all diagnostic procedures, including hard electrical issues and driveability problems, across all vehicle systems, makes, and models.
• Capable of complete system breakdown and reassembly, including but not limited to engine jobs, transmission replacement, tune-ups, electrical system testing, and overall vehicle maintenance.
• Follow all opening and closing procedures, as well as all company policies and procedures.
• Follow all established policies and procedures.

Pay

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
