What You'll Do Diagnose and repair vehicles bumper-to-bumperHandle complex drivability, electrical, diagnostic, and intermittent concernsDiagnose CAN/network and no-code faults using proper testing methodsUse professional scan tools, scopes, OEM service information, and diagnostic equipmentPerform quality repairs and thoroughly document your workWork with service advisors to accurately diagnose and communicate customer concernsMentor B- and C-Level TechniciansMaintain high standards for quality, safety, and shop efficiency What We're Looking For 7-10+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferredProven A-Level/Master Technician experienceStrong diagnostic and electrical skillsExperience with professional scan tools and OEM/aftermarket repair informationL1 Advanced Engine Performance strongly preferredHybrid/EV and ADAS experience is a plusProfessional tool setValid driver's license and ability to drive manual-transmission vehiclesStrong communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills Certifications are not required to be hired. We support ongoing training and certification testing.
