Responsibilities

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioning, and coolant systems
  • Troubleshoot problems and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills using the latest technology
  • Mentor teammates and continually learn new techniques as automotive technology evolves
  • Maintain high standards of safety, service, and housekeeping while using protective equipment
  • Perform manual tasks such as lifting tires/wheels and standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years' automotive repair experience—OR three years as a military vehicle maintenance specialist
  • Demonstrated advanced diagnostic and problem-solving skills, including identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving complex mechanical and electrical faults
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • ASE A4 (Steering & Suspension) and A5 (Brakes) Certifications
  • State inspection license or MAC certification
