Automotive Technician

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain vehicles to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Perform wheel alignments, tire services, brake repairs, vehicle inspections, steering and suspension work, oil changes, tune-ups, and general automotive maintenance.
- Use diagnostic tools and shop equipment to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and engine repair issues.
- Maintain accurate service documentation for completed work.
- Collaborate with the team to keep the shop operating efficiently and safely.
- Provide professional customer service when explaining repair recommendations to customers.
Requirements
- ASE certifications OR 5+ years of automotive technician experience in a professional shop.
- Missouri State Inspector License OR ability to obtain one.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
- Experience with tire installation, wheel balancing, steering, suspension, and automotive maintenance.
Qualifications
We offer a flag rate compensation structure with 30 guaranteed hours per week. Technicians earn competitive pay ranging from $20.00 to $45.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
