Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles efficiently while adhering to safety, dealership, manufacturer, and company standards.
- Diagnoses vehicles based on certification/experience levels.
- Performs repairs and inspections accurately and efficiently.
- Explains technical issues and repair needs to customers and team members.
- Recommends necessary services and documents all recommendations.
- Follows safety procedures and reports concerns.
- Maintains ASE certifications and renewals.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one unexpired ASE or equivalent experience/training preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work at least five days, including Saturdays.
