Automotive Technician / Mechanic

About the role

We are seeking an Automotive Technician / Mechanic with a positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Conduct thorough courtesy vehicle inspections
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Adhere to safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards
• Communicate effectively with the service department to address guest concerns
• Work in a team to meet quality and productivity goals

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
• Capability to diagnose and repair all makes and models
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance
• Desire for long-term career growth
• ASE certifications preferred or plans to obtain

Physical requirements

• Lifting/moving over 100 pounds occasionally
• Working with tools in tight spaces and above head level
• Standing/walking for extended periods
• Driving manual transmission vehicles
• Operating a computer efficiently
