Qualifications: over 5 years of automotive repair experience, ASE certifications preferred, ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models, strong communication skills, and a commitment to long-term career growth. Physical requirements: occasional lifting over 100 pounds, working in tight spaces, using hand tools efficiently, walking or standing most of the day, driving manual transmission vehicles, and navigating computer systems.
