Automotive Technician / Mechanic - A & B Technicians up to a 5K Sign on Bonus

About the role

The Rallye Motor Company is seeking A/B Level technicians at all their dealerships servicing Acura, Lexus, Mercedes Benz, and BMW. They have been in business for 64 years and are looking for professionals to join their growing team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a luxury client base
• Utilize automotive technical experience
• Work with shop equipment including wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, etc.
• Show good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Communicate effectively and interact professionally

Requirements

• A current and valid driver's license
• NYS Inspectors License required
• Basic mechanical skills and manual dexterity
• Previous automotive mechanical experience
• Working knowledge of shop equipment
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
