Automotive Technician / Mechanic - A & B Technicians up to a 5K Sign on Bonus

About the role

The Rallye Motor Company is seeking A/B Level technicians at all its dealerships servicing Acura, Lexus, Mercedes Benz, and BMW. With over 64 years of experience, Rallye Motor Company is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and automotive excellence.

Responsibilities

• Service Acura, Lexus, Mercedes Benz, and BMW vehicles
• Utilize basic mechanical skills and manual dexterity
• Show working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment systems, diagnostic equipment, etc.
• Apply good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Communicate effectively and interact professionally with clients

Requirements

• A current and valid driver's license
• NYS Inspectors License required
• Basic mechanical skills and manual dexterity
• Previous automotive mechanical experience
• Working knowledge of shop equipment
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
