Automotive Technician | Full-Time

About the role

Seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to perform maintenance, mechanical repairs, and diagnostics on Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles in a Monday–Friday shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct automotive maintenance, brake, suspension repairs, and wheel alignments
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and drivability diagnostics as needed
• Utilize modern shop equipment, scan tools, and factory diagnostic software

Qualifications & Skills

• 6+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• ASE certification required
• Strong mechanical repair, maintenance, and electrical diagnostic skills
• Own professional automotive tools
• Virginia Safety Inspection License preferred

Pay

Earning potential of $100,000–$200,000+ based on experience and production, with a guaranteed three-month starting period and production incentives.
