Automotive Tag & Title Clerk

About the role

Experienced Tag & Title Clerk – Sheehy Toyota of Laurel Sheehy Auto Stores, one of the nation's Top 30 privately held automotive dealer groups, is seeking an Experienced Tag & Title Clerk to join their busy Toyota dealership in Laurel.

Pay

Pay: $24.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

Schedule: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Process new and used vehicle titles and registrations
• Prepare and maintain used vehicle trade jackets
• Monitor and follow up on titles in transit
• Work with banks, customers, and agencies to obtain lien releases and trade titles
• Process wholesale and auction title documentation
• Maintain tag receivable schedules and title compliance records
• Provide administrative support to the accounting and sales teams as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of automotive Tag & Title experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume dealership environment
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States
