About the role

This is a hands-on, field-based role combining sales, account management, and physical inventory work. You will be expected to sell, build relationships, and physically manage product inside customer locations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow over 150 customer accounts
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Prospect and develop new business
  • Stock, organize, and replenish inventory at customer sites
  • Move, handle, and position equipment (ORSY systems, vending machines) as needed
  • Travel across a large, combined territory (north + south Phoenix market)
  • Overnight travel required at times
  • Handle customer concerns, follow-ups, and operational issues

Qualifications

  • Automotive parts counter experience
  • Automotive or industrial experience
  • Route sales or service roles background
  • Understanding of shop environments

Benefits

  • Total Target Compensation: $65,000 – $70,000
  • Base Salary: ~$42,000 – $45,500
  • Bonus Structure: Begins at 90% performance, scales to 150%
  • Top-End Earnings: ~$78,000+
  • Company Vehicle + Gas Card Provided
  • Day-to-day reality: 100% field-based (no office days), 5 days per week on the road, 8:00 AM start at first stop / 5:00 PM finish at last, Large territory with significant driving, Physical, hands-on work daily

Pay

  • Total Target Compensation: $65,000 – $70,000
  • Base Salary: ~$42,000 – $45,500
  • Bonus Structure: Begins at 90% performance, scales to 150%
  • Top-End Earnings: ~$78,000+
