Automotive Store Manager

Role Overview: This position involves leading store operations within the automotive retail sector, focusing on team management, sales growth, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Responsibilities Include People Management: Setting expectations, coaching, counseling, recruiting, interviewing, and conducting performance evaluations for staff.Financial Oversight: Analyzing business trends, developing strategies to maximize sales and profit, reviewing invoices, and ensuring proper asset controls.Facilities Maintenance: Ensuring store cleanliness, merchandising standards, equipment upkeep, and proper handling of parts and credit processes. Qualifications Minimum of two years’ leadership experience in retail or automotive management.Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.Proven ability to meet sales and profit goals, with experience developing business plans.Preferred experience as an automotive technician; valid driver’s license required.Willingness to relocate or accept placement in different store locations.
