Automotive Store Manager

Role Overview: This position is for experienced retail leaders ready to assume full store management responsibilities through a structured certification program. It involves learning operational standards, leadership principles, and customer service expectations by working closely with a high-performing Store Manager. Key Responsibilities People: Set expectations, communicate regularly, coach, hold employees accountable, ensure policy compliance, recruit, interview, and evaluate staff.Financials: Analyze business trends, develop strategies to maximize sales and profits, review invoices, and maintain asset controls.Facilities: Maintain store cleanliness, conduct equipment inspections, and manage inventory returns. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum two years of team leadership, retail or automotive management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proven sales and profit achievement, valid driver’s license, and flexibility to relocate. Physical & Working Conditions: Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures; ability to stand, walk, lift weights, and perform physical tasks; sufficient vision and hearing required.
