Automotive Store Manager

Role Overview: This position involves managing store operations, leading teams, and ensuring exceptional customer service in the automotive retail industry. The role requires overseeing staff, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and achieving sales and profit targets. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop team members through effective communication, coaching, and performance evaluations.Recruit, interview, and hire staff in collaboration with HR.Analyze business trends, develop strategies to maximize sales, and monitor financial performance, including invoice and report reviews.Ensure store cleanliness, proper maintenance, and adherence to merchandising standards.Maintain control over store assets and follow standard operating procedures. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of two years leadership experience in retail or automotive management.Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.Proven ability to meet sales and profit goals with a track record of success.Experience as an automotive technician preferred but not required.Valid driver’s license and willingness to relocate or accept placement in open stores.Ability to work five or more days per week, including weekends. Physical & Working Conditions: Must tolerate moderate to loud noises, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures. Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks with full range of motion is required.
