About the Role

Join a growing business committed to family, employee growth, environmental protection, and community involvement. As a Shuttle Driver, you will pick up and deliver customers to and from the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Operates a passenger van safely and efficiently.
• Responds to requests from dispatch or management for scheduled and unscheduled pick-ups or drop-offs.
• Assists passengers in boarding and exiting the vehicle.
• Inspects exterior and interior of vehicle at the beginning of each shift for proper operation of lights, signals, heating/cooling, tires, wipers, and overall condition.
• Ensures the inside and outside of the vehicle are properly cleaned and fueled on an ongoing basis.
• Keeps the interior of the vehicle neat and orderly.
• Accurately completes driver sheets for each shift, including passenger counts, pick-up/drop-off times, mileages, and destinations.
• Treats all guests, customers, and others in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
• Performs other related duties as requested.

Requirements

• Current, valid driver’s license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, organization, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• No retail experience necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
