About the role
Responsible for managing vehicle shuttle operations ensuring timely and efficient transportation services.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily shuttle routes
- Ensure vehicles are maintained in good working condition
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Monitor and report on operational performance metrics
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of related experience in transportation management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Management or related field
- Experience with fleet management software
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
