AUTOMOTIVE SHOP ASSISTANT- PART TIME

Duties And Responsibilities

• Works as Instructional Assistant within technical programs
• Experience in automotive preferred
• Use of power tools and equipment preferred
• Ability to manage and manipulate data and images using Microsoft word, excel, publisher etc. desirable
• Must be flexible and able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong reading and mathematical skills required
• Great written and oral communication skills required
• Ability to work cooperatively with high school students and faculty members
• Must be able to manage conflict in a restorative way, display initiative and self motivation

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Associate’s Degree Preferred

• Demonstrated expertise in subject area
