Responsibilities
- Conferring with guests to determine and suggest the diagnostic and mechanical services needed for their vehicles.
- Performing all work in a safe and efficient manner.
- Providing an outstanding guest service experience.
- Contributing to an energetic and fun working environment.
Requirements
- A current and valid driver's license.
- Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems.
