Automotive Service Technician / Lube Technician

About the role

We are seeking a General Service Technician to perform non-technical automotive repairs, including oil changes, tire mounting, balancing, and rotation.

Responsibilities

• Conducting basic services
• Inspecting vehicles for safety issues
• Maintaining shop cleanliness
• Safely transporting customers and parts using company vehicles
• Following safety procedures
• Adhering to company policies
• Documenting vehicle conditions

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of relevant experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid, clean driver’s license or ability to obtain one within 30 days
• Basic understanding of vehicle components
• Ability to work at least five days weekly, including Saturdays

Working Conditions

The technician will be exposed to moderate to loud noises, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures. Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, stooping, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating tools and equipment with full range of motion. Vision and hearing must meet functional requirements to perform duties safely.
