Automotive Service Technician (Full-Time/Part-Time)

About the role

Service Center Automotive Technician responsible for performing automotive services in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Perform tire repairs, installations, and wheel balancing
• Install batteries, headlamps, and other basic auto parts
• Conduct oil changes and brake system repairs
• Complete additional duties with progressive on-the-job training

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screening
• Strong communication skills and ability to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to read and speak English
• Prior auto repair and retail experience preferred
• Michigan-specific certifications (ASE A4, A6, A3, A5) or equivalent required for advanced levels
• Must be 18 or older
