maybe under a generic meta? But we shouldn't create a heading for it. Probably we can include a
with that info near top. We need sections: About the role (maybe from introductory paragraphs about role). Responsibilities (list of duties). Requirements (minimum qualifications). Qualifications (maybe preferred special qualifications). Skills (key competencies). Benefits (benefits info). Pay (compensation). Schedule (work schedule). Ensure we only include sections if there is real specific content. Let's extract content. Intro: "Clackamas County employees work to serve the public and enrich our community. The "About the role" could be the paragraph after "Job Details And Qualifications Do you want to be part of ensuring operations safety through providing high quality of service and maintenance of vehicles and equipment? ..." That's more role-specific. Let's parse. After "Job Details And Qualifications" there is a series of questions and then: "We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled and team-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Technician within the Department of Transportation & Development (DTD)/Fleet Services. If selected for this position, you will be responsible for performing manual, semi-skilled work in the servicing and maintenance of County owned automotive equipment, such as automobiles, trucks, tractors and other road construction equipment. In this role, the main focus is on performing routine servicing duties involving fuel, oil, grease, water and air, minor maintenance repairs and general tire servicing. The Fleet Services Division manages the specification, deployment, maintenance and repair of County motor vehicles including Sheriff patrol cars, pickups, vans and other light and medium duty vehicles. We are committed to being an exemplary organization with best practices in Fleet Services. To that end, we are searching for an experienced individual, who is motivated to be a positive and collaborative contributor, demonstrating strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills that will allow us to improve, develop and enhance our operations." That's good for About the role and Responsibilities. Responsibilities list: performing manual, semi-skilled work in servicing and maintenance of County owned automotive equipment; performing routine servicing duties involving fuel, oil, grease, water and air; minor maintenance repairs; general tire servicing. Also maybe "Changing or adding vehicle fluids and lubricating parts; Changing and inflating tires; Identifying potentially dangerous and damaging automotive conditions" are in qualifications but also duties. We can create a

Also include close date maybe as abefore sections. We must preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact phrasing? We can paraphrase but must preserve info. Safer to copy sentences. Let's extract exact text blocks. About the role: Could combine the paragraph after questions: "We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled and team-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Technician within the Department of Transportation & Development (DTD)/Fleet Services. If selected for this position, you will be responsible for performing manual, semi-skilled work in the servicing and maintenance of County owned automotive equipment, such as automobiles, trucks, tractors and other road construction equipment. To that end, we are searching for an experienced individual, who is motivated to be a positive and collaborative contributor, demonstrating strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills that will allow us to improve, develop and enhance our operations." That's good. Responsibilities list: We can break into bullet points: - Performing manual, semi-skilled work in the servicing and maintenance of County owned automotive equipment, such as automobiles, trucks, tractors and other road construction equipment. - Performing routine servicing duties involving fuel, oil, grease, water and air. - Performing minor maintenance repairs. - Performing general tire servicing. - Changing or adding vehicle fluids and lubricating parts. - Changing and inflating tires. - Identifying potentially dangerous and damaging automotive conditions.
