Automotive Service Technician

Role Overview: A General Service Technician supports automotive maintenance by performing basic vehicle services, inspections, and shop organization. This entry-level position is ideal for mechanically inclined, dependable individuals eager to learn and develop foundational skills in a structured environment. Key Responsibilities Perform tire services, oil changes, and basic maintenance tasks.Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and document repair orders accurately.Identify safety issues and communicate findings appropriately.Conduct State Safety and Emission Inspections as required.Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, shop, and customer areas.Transport parts and supplies, follow safety procedures, and use PPE.Collaborate with team members, accept coaching, and participate in training.Work flexibly, including weekends, and adhere to company policies. Qualifications & Skills Dependable, safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn.Ability to follow procedures and safety standards.Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Records check.Must be 18 or older; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.Preferred: vocational training, previous shop experience, or state inspector license.
