Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections.
- Identify mechanical concerns and provide accurate diagnoses.
- Execute complex repairs on various vehicle systems, including brakes, suspension, and electrical components.
- Utilize cutting-edge diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and adhere to quality and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with Assistant Service Managers about repairs needed and answer associated questions.
Requirements
- Proven prior experience as an automotive technician.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- A clean driving record and valid in-state license with automobile insurance.
- A commitment to creating a positive work environment.
Desired Skills
- Previous formal automotive training or certification.
- Experience with Toyota Service and/or products.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged.
